A Commitment to Reliable Home Watch Care
The owner of Snowbird Home Patrol Home Watch Services has more than 25 years of experience in the service industry. Owner Jodie Sullivan was inspired to start the business over 10 years ago after her father’s hot water tank rusted out in his condominium while he was away for the summer. After the cleanup, her father hired a home watch service to help prevent similar issues in the future and encouraged her to pursue the idea, believing her background was well suited for a home watch business in Florida.
Strong Customer Service Background
Sullivan previously owned and operated a special events business in Land O’ Lakes for 23 years and brings extensive customer service experience. She also serves as the incoming president of the Rotary Club of Wesley Chapel Noon. After becoming a Certified Home Watch Professional through the National Home Watch Association, she founded Snowbird Home Patrol Home Watch Services. As a homeowner for more than 26 years, she has practical, hands-on knowledge of residential properties.
Professional Home Watch Inspections
Snowbird Home Patrol provides weekly or bi-weekly home inspections. Following each inspection, homeowners receive a detailed report outlining the condition of the property.
